Bring your VNA membership card and you can enter the show one hour early, through the front door - Friday and Saturday only.
Early Birds: Pass is available during dealer setup on Thursday. Contact Bourse Chair, Richard Schornak 757 659-0235.
Dealer Drop-off only, Wednesday, Sept. 16, 6:00 -11:00 pm. Dealer Setup: Thursday, Sept. 17 from 7:00 am - 10:00 am.

Attention VNA Member Clubs! VNA member clubs may apply for a table at the Convention to advertise their club, club shows, and sell raffle tickets. No coin or currency sales or anything else that competes with dealers allowed. Contact Richard Schornak to apply.

Hotel accommodations - There are no special room rates, or blocks of rooms, at local hotels for this year's event. It is possible to locate rooms through the various web booking sites online. No recommendations are available. Convention Banquet - Friday, September 18, 2025 The Convention Banquet will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Fredericksburg, 1060 Hospitality Lane, Fredericksburg, VA 22401, 540 548-8822. The Banquet will start at 7:00 pm, room available at 6:00 pm. The Speaker's presentation will begin after the meal. The total cost will be $50 per person. The Menu will be: "Seasonal Harvest" - Maple glazed pork loin, Herb roasted chicken, Farm stand salad, Mashed sweet potatoes, Roasted broccoli and cauliflower, Artisan rolls. Awards will be presented after the dinner and presentation. Advance payment by cash or check (made out to VNA) is encouraged to speed checkout. Present payment at the show to David Kurtz by 5:00 pm, or mail a check to him in advance at 204 Mershon Way, Williamsburg, VA 20185. Individuals are responsible to pay for their own meals. Guest Speaker: Tom Wood "The Impact of Internet On-Line Sales in the Numismatic Marketplace" Tom Wood, a North Carolina ancient coin dealer and proprietor of “Coins of the Holy Land,” specializes in ancient Judaean and Biblical coins. During the past thirty years Tom has been a youth minister, and made ancient coin presentations at dozens of churches, civic groups, scouting groups, home school classes, and national coin shows. He enjoys helping folks build ancient coin collections and sharing historical stories. Celebrate 250, Homeschoolers, Young Numismatists, Family Days Thursday is Celebration 250 Day. Friday is Homeschoolers and Youth Day. Saturday is Family Day. There will be a special area and schedule for speakers all three days. Free coins will be given out for participants. Speakers and programs will be of broad interest to both children and adults. You can find the Education Speaker Schedule, when available, here Award Nominations: VNA members may nominate deserving folks for 2026 VNA awards by sending your name, the name of the nominee, which VNA award, and why they deserve this recognition to Parry Bragg and John Kolos. 2026 CONVENTION PROGRAM The Convention Program includes the Schedule of Events, and a list of all dealers with their table numbers.
